Hey Garden(ers),

Fall Equinox is approaching in the Northern Hemisphere and in many places, the leaves are changing colors. Of all the seeds you have been planting this year, what will you be harvesting this season? If you need some meditation music to go along with that question, may we suggest André 3000's flute album? Whatever this season brings for you, we hope abundance comes along with it!

Offering of the Week

🌱 This week, we are highlighting The Chronicles of the Fellow Traveler, a one-stop online resource that focuses on topics around recovery through Adult Children of Alcoholics Anonymous—especially for Black trauma survivors. Thought-provoking essays regarding various topics examined from an intersectional perspective are posted every Tuesday. There are multimedia resources like a blog roll, articles, playlists, and bibliotherapy sections available on The Chronicles of the Fellow Traveler for visitors to experience. From the creator: "This platform is a labor of love with Black liberation in mind, so I hope y’all enjoy The Chronicles of the Fellow Traveler as much as I do."

Until next our avatars meet!
