Greetings Garden(ers)!

Here are some upcoming events and opportunities we wanted to share with you this week!

  1. Learn to stretch on Fridays from 2:15pm PST-3pm PST. Garden member Caroline will be hosting Yoga sessions!
  2. Wanting to tap into your funny bone? StormMiguel is going to be leading Non-Competitive Improv for All Levels, starting Sundays on April 21st -May 5th, 11am PST-12:30 pm PST
  3. April 14th, Gata will be hosting the last Co-Work & File Your Taxes Session of the season from 3pm PST-7pm PST
  4. Bonfire, a meetup specifically for Black Garden members, will return April 20th at 5pm PST in the Bonfire section of Garden! Come to make new (and old) friends!
  5. Also on April 20th, we'll have Garden Grand Prix (a go kart racing tournament) at 4pm PST, and our first ever Stop Light Party starting at 6:30pm PST! Never been to a Stop Light Party?! Well, for our virtual rendition, we are asking that if you are looking for romance, have your avatar wear red. Looking for friends? Have your avatar decked out in yellow. If you're open to both romantic and platonic connections, dress your avatar in green! Make sure to also put "R", "G", or "Y" at the end of your name to indicate the color as well!
  6. April 27th at 6pm PST, Ang will be hosting, My Heart Says Hi: Virtual Open Mic for Covid-Cautious BIPOC. Come through to share on the mic or to witness!
  7. Dancers, mark your calendars! Ashley will be hosting a Ballet Class on June 29th! More details to come!
  8. You can still join the Reading for Palestine group on Tuesdays at 2:45pm PST
  9. Wednesday we'll be watching a Korean horror film in the Movie Theater at 5:30pm PST!
